Choosing to refurbish your furniture is a big undertaking. Hand painted furniture takes a lot of precision painting in order to make it look amazing. When you hire Sam Graham Painting and Decorating, you're hiring someone with years of experience with hand painted furniture. I'm Sam. I do most of the work on my own to ensure you get what you pay for, and more.

You can't ask for much more personalised service than that. I don't hire teams of painters to help with a variety of projects. I focus on your project until completion, and then take on more work. I always clean my area at the end of each day and work as efficiently as possible to minimize disruption to your home life for the duration of the project.

Choosing Colours or Stains.
You must first choose whether you want to stain or paint your furniture. Amongst other things, this process takes a lot of time and preparation. If you're unsure as to how to handle a specific piece of furniture, feel free to ask. I'll always give my honest expert opinion.

Many pieces of furniture have been ruined by amateur painters who don't have the experience required to handle delicate furniture pieces. Please ask as many questions as necessary during the planning phase of the project. The more information you have, the happier you will be with the end result.

Relationship Building.
I thoroughly enjoy hand painting furniture, because I meet all sorts of people from my own area. I live and work here in Cheshire, and it gives me a great deal of satisfaction knowing that I help the people in my neighbourhood put their best foot forward in a decorating sense. One of my favourite parts of my job is building a relationship with homeowners just like you. Each project I complete has the potential to enrich your life and it must reflect your lifestyle as well as my skill as a painter.

From Consultation to Completion.
I love the fact that each job is different, because each homeowner has different needs. The first thing we will do is discuss your project and I will get a good idea of what you want. I will begin purchasing items I'll need after we decide on colours or stains for your furniture.

I will work quickly and efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to your home and family life. I will clean my work area at the end of each day and leave you with instructions regarding wet paint and the like.

I will clean my work area and the surrounding areas once the job is complete. The final inspection is yours. You will have the chance to fully examine every piece of furniture to make sure they meet or exceed your expectations. After you agree that your hand painted furniture is perfect, we will part ways until next time!
